MORE THAN MUSIC: INSIDE THE LIFESTYLE EXPERIENCES AT CORONA SUNSETS FESTIVAL

MORE THAN MUSIC, Corona Sunsets Festival

Wellness, food, art and immersive experiences take centre stage alongside the music.

With just 9 days to go until the Corona Sunsets Festival, anticipation is building for an experience that goes far beyond the music. The “More Than Music” programme invites festivalgoers to explore wellness, art, food and immersive cultural experiences throughout the day. Guests can take part in hands-on activations like flower crown and patch making, body marbling, drumming circles, mixology sessions with take-home cocktail recipe cards, and relaxing massages, creating moments of play, creativity, and connection.

MORE THAN MUSIC, Corona Sunsets Festival

For Corona, “More Than Music” reflects the brand’s philosophy of creating moments that connect people to nature, creativity and each other, with music as the starting point. The festival is designed as a space where guests can slow down, explore, and experience the sunset together. A spirit echoed by movement practitioner Cebolenkosi, who encourages participants to “move and be as one, while still being authentically you.”

A standout offering is the first-ever Farm-to-Fire dining experience, where guests can enjoy a sit-down lunch prepared over open flames or grab a bite from the vibrant Food Garden. For those seeking balance and reflection, The Pavilion offers yoga, breathwork, sound baths and meditation, rooted in music, movement and African storytelling. The facilitators behind these sessions share a common intention: for participants to feel grounded, present, and fully themselves, to arrive in their bodies through movement, and leave knowing they belong and they matter. As sound healing practitioner Yusra Roberts explains, “the core medicine I’d love people to experience is homecoming within – presence and connectedness.” Ocean educator Wade Naude adds, “We are the ocean; not only are we part of nature, but we are always communicating with the elements.”

Guests will also receive a wearable Eco Passport bracelet that collects charms at each activation, turning their journey across the festival into a tangible keepsake. There will also be creative and sustainability-focused exhibitions, from a Food Forest and screen-printing experience to ocean and repurpose installations celebrating nature and conscious living.
