Johannesburg, Friday 27 Oct. 23 – ShaunMusiQ and FTears, are back with a bang, releasing their highly anticipated 9-track EP, IT WILL ALL MAKE SENSE. This electrifying project showcases a diverse range of musical influences, seamlessly blending Barcardi, Amapiano, and House music to create a unique sound that’s set to dominate the airwaves and usher us into the festive season. From this EP, their latest single “Like That” is already creating ripples in the music industry.
It Will All Make Sense boasts an impressive track list, including hits like “Thula Mabota” featuring Jimmy Maradona, “Ngisokola” featuring Eemoh, Daliwonga, and Xduppy, and “Ubuya Nini” featuring Xduppy, Chley, and Tumelo_za, among others. This project follows the monumental success of their platinum-selling hit “Bhebha,” which took the music world by storm in April. ShaunMusiQ and FTears have once again harnessed their creative prowess to deliver an Amapiano/Barcardi masterpiece that promises to have fans grooving to their unique sounds. Additionally, their infectious single “Howa You,” featuring frequent collaborator Daliwonga, has become one of the biggest singles in the Amapiano space.

ShaunMusiQ and FTears embarked on their musical journey in 2018, quickly becoming one of the most exciting new acts in South Africa’s music scene. In 2019, FTears shared his DJ skills with ShaunMusiQ, expanding his musical horizons beyond hip-hop production. Inspired by the musical streets of Pretoria and the rise of Amapiano, the duo fell in love with the familiar sound of Barcardi and set out to create their unique interpretation of it.
Their first album, ‘Skrr Thang II,’ dropped in 2021, and the hit single “Ushaka” from their 2-track EP ‘THATA USHAKA’ in 2022 further solidified their presence in the industry. ShaunMusiQ and FTears have collaborated with some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Daliwonga, Myztro, Mellow & Sleazy, Robot BoIi, and Freddy K, establishing themselves as formidable forces in the South African music scene.
